We offer a wide range of production capabilities for capsules, tablets, and powders to accommodate the expanding array of nutritional products entering the marketplace.
Omni Global Labs is able to bulk manufacture a variety topical patch systems from white nonwoven polyester to EVA foam based patches. Clients can purchase either our own existing formulations or we can work with you to create a custom formulation catered to your needs. Patches usually come in a 30-patch pouch with 5 patches per sheet and 6 sheets in each pouch.
While our main focus has been on bulk patch production we have expanded our abilities to other forms such as powders. As with our patch system we can create existing products in powdered form or custom create high-volume powdered formulations based on your needs.
Powders can be purchased in raw form and mixed/blended directly into custom bags of different sizes. We can also prep powders in the forms of tables or capsules. We can also add custom flavoring and/or sweeteners creating unique and great tasting powdered formulations for your customers!
Because of our high volume powdered production capabilities we can easily take existing powdered formulations or custom formulations and encapsulate them. Omni Global Labs can provide high volume encapsulation as well as short run capabilities. Critical to effective bioavailability and eventual customer satisfaction is our highly accurate fill rates per unit. Capsules are easily swallowed and can be provided with a gelatin or vegan enclosure.
Omni Global Labs can also create products in the form of tablets using existing our client-custom formulations. We can also provide possible flavoring combinations in the mixing/blending/compressing of tablets in addition to the primary ingredients to provide great tasting tablet-based supplements for your customers to enjoy!
